Just finished my second case of lemon. Love the lemon and the tartness to this drink. I think it's a matter of opinion. It really helps curb my appetite and I have lost weight and feel more energetic, and over-all just healthier. It is not a super sweet flavor, and that’s good because I would crave sweet stuff all day. However, it is very tolerable and becomes addicting after a few days. All flavors are good to me, and it beats having to make the lemonade diet from scratch.

Love the Strawberry Simplifast. First of all it has a great taste and much better than I expected! What I like about the drink is that fasting using the Simplifast I did not feel tired or weak like a lot of other fasting products. My name is Jay Link, I am a singer/songwriter for Los Angeles Rock Band Death and Taxes. It was by an act of God I met Dianna Toomey CEO and founder of Simplifast on twitter of all places.

At one point , my weight had ballooned to over 550 pounds and I was on my way to a certain early death. When I learned about Simplifast my first reaction was that it sounded too good to be true. It turns out that Simplifast was worth the hype!

Living here in Los Angeles, I have seen many diet fads explode onto the scene then quickly evaporate, forgotten as fast as a new fad springs up. Simplifast is different. Not a "Fad" at all, this easy to use fasting aid will make weight loss virtually effortless!

Forget about mixing cayenne pepper and maple syrup or lemon or cranberry juice or whatever everyone is doing now. No more mess and no more gagging down the horrid self made fasting drinks. Simplifast comes in 3 flavors, strawberry, blueberry and lemonade. Each of the flavors are a pleasure to drink compared to the toxic tasting homemade concoctions! By the way, I mix the flavors to create Strawberry Lemonade and Fruit Punch, as well.

I lost 13.5 pounds in 10 days. They recommend that the Simplifast "diet" be augmented with a healthy portion of fruits and vegetables. Not being a vegetable guy (don't tell my mom) I ate fruit daily. Often I would blend the product and some fruit together with a cup of ice to create a delicious fruit smoothie! I wasn't hungry and felt great.

After losing the 14lbs with this product, I have used Simplifast over the last 5 months on a daily basis. THE PRODUCT DEFINITELY WORKS. LOST 11LBS IN A WEEK. HOWEVER I DID PUT 4 BACK ON AFTER EATING REGULAR HEALTHY FOODS. Short and Sweet Review:
I found this pleasant tasting and works as advertised.
Did a (3) day weekend fast, stuck strictly to drinking Simplifast and
water, nothing else.
Lost about 5 pounds.
I weighed about 195 before the fast, 190 after it.
My ideal weight is 175 - 180 pounds.
I think its a lot harder to lose weight when you are
10-20% overweight vs someone who is 50% overweight.
My guess is that if you fall into the latter category,
you may lose more weight than I did.
Overall: excellent product, does what it is supposed to do,
and the taste is fine, not bad at all.

I have been eating the wrong foods & far too much for a few years. I wanted to get a fresh start and get down to my ideal weight.

I have done one 3-day fast (lost 12 Lbs.) thus far, and it was amazing. No weakness like you would expect from a regular fast. My energy level stayed high the whole time. As far as food cravings, the Simplifast really helps stop them and after the first day, they were gone! I am getting ready to do another fast in a week and I expect to lose another 12-15 Lbs. After the first 3-Day fast, I kept eating healthy and now I find I have no desire for fast food or any junk-food. I have always loved vegetables so that helps, and now I don't want anything that isn't healthy. And the best part is, I am eating smaller portions because I feel "full" faster now.

I am also exercising again which feels much better with less weight! It's a very tasty drink. I want some now just thinking about it!

Really can't believe I went 3 days without eating! Everything went pretty good too! Wasn't even as tired as I usually am most afternoons. I was more anxious to eat for the fact of eating, than actually being hungry, and didn't feel the need to pig out at midweek, and instead had a salad as suggested. I lost weight and felt great, except a slight headache one afternoon, but that may have just been from a long morning of home schooling. I am recommended it to my sister and she wants more, she hasn't done the fast yet but drank them all! Her kids loved them and they all want more just to drink as a beverage. Great Product!

I had a headache the first day, but I get bad headaches anyway. I had to eat a cracker a few times when I took some medication, to help with the headaches, but overall I felt good, and felt more energetic. I weigh 230 pounds and wanted to loose some weight. A friend of mine told me about Simplifast, so I checked it out and bought a case.

Got a 1/2 a case of Strawberry and 1/2 of case lemon, strawberry was my favorite.

I ate a little Fruit and drank Simplifast all day, then had a sensible dinner in the evening and in 3 days lost 6 pounds, I would of probably lost more, if I would of had just a salad for dinner, maybe the next time, I'm very happy with the results.

I found out, my energy levels sky rocketed, and I'm sleeping so much better at night, since I've been on Simplifast.

Love this Product! After my first 3 day fast (which turned into a 7 day, I felt SO good on day 3 I didn't want it to end) I drink this beverage on a daily basis. Once a week I one day fast with Simplifast. The tartness is just perfect and I actually crave it! I am a 44 yo busy mother of three active kids and small business owner--I don't have time for mixing and measuring--it is perfect to take along on a busy day. I was in a bad habit of eating on the go and had put on 20 lbs over the last couple of years despite regular exercise.
