Shipping & Returns

Return Policy
A refund less shipping fees will be provided for authorized returns and first time customers only. Product must be unopened case packs and returned within 7 days of purchase (No partial cases with be accepted) and must be purchased direct from our website only. All items must be in new condition and never opened.

Consumers who wish to return Simplifast products are to adhere to the following process to receive replacement products, or receive credit for the items returned:

• Please email Customer Service at team@Simplifast.com to obtain approval for your return.
• pecify the reasons for the return for each product.
• A Consumer Return Authorization number will be emailed back along with a return address. You must include your order number and Authorization number with the return in the shipment instructions. We suggest that it be included inside of the shipping box.
• Shipping and handling are no-refundable. All returns must be sent postage paid by purchaser.

*All Items returned without being preauthorized will become the property of Simplifast, LLC

Shipping Policy:

• We do not accept phone orders at this time.
• We ship to USA and Canada only at this time.
• UPS Ground Only - We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES
• All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days once processed. Delivery times vary: East coast delivery is approx 2-3 days, Midwest is approx 3-4 days, Texas and West coast is approx 4-6 days depending on location.
