- I am just writing to thank you for your lemon cleanse product, which I bought at Earth Fare in Augusta, GA. I started yesterday, Sept 2, 2009 and plan to do a 7-day fast.
I couldn't believe how great I felt this morning. I suffer from sleep apnea and almost have to drink a pot of coffee to stay up during the day. I woke up feeling refreshed and was 15 minutes early for work instead of my normal 5 minutes early. That is a big deal for me! It is usually a struggle for me to get going in the mornings.
I feel great and have more energy than usual. All of the lemon cleanse flavors are delicious and I am so glad that they do not contain artificial sweeteners because I am not able to consume them because they make me very dizzy and nauseous. Thanks Again for a great product!

- I Love Simplifast Lemon detox products!
After my first 3 day diet detox fast (which turned into a 7 day, I felt SO good on day 3 I didn't want it to end) I drink this lemonade diet beverage on a daily basis. Once a week I fast with Simplifast lemon cleanse drinks
The tartness is just perfect and I actually crave it! I am a busy mother of three active kids and small business owner--I don't have time for mixing and measuring--it is perfect to take along on a busy day.
I was in a bad habit of eating on the go and had put on 20 lbs over the last couple of years despite regular exercise. I had become depressed about how I looked and felt....I was so sluggish in the afternoon I took regular naps and and was consuming way too much caffeine to keep going. I knew something had to change!
I was introduced to this lemon cleanse product and now 1 month after my first fast, I have lost 15 lbs and feel FANTASTIC. I have gotten rid of all the junk in my body that was bringing me down and as a result I feel like I am in my 20's again--energy levels through the roof, my skin is radiant and I feel HAPPY. I am amazed at what I can accomplish in a day.
My husband is loving that I am back to the old me, too! The health benefits to the regimen go way beyond that. I choose Simplifast detox drinks instead of soda and coffee—it is wonderful to have access to such a great product-I can't live without Simplifast!!

This Lemon Cleanse drink is a really Great Idea! I actually did the program for three days, and it went pretty well. I lost over 5 pounds, and over-all felt really good, and I had no headaches. My coworkers and I all agree that the lemonade diet drinks taste really good. I think you have a Great Product, and it could really catch on.

Really can’t believe I went 3 days without eating! Everything went pretty good too! Wasn’t even as tires as I usually am most afternoons. I was more anxious to eat for the fact of eating, than actually being hungry, and didn’t feel the need to pig out at midweek, and instead had a salad as suggested. I lost weight and felt great, except a slight headache one afternoon, but that may have just been from a long morning of home schooling. I am recommended it to my sister and she wants more, she hasn’t done the fast yet but drank them all! Her kids loved them and they all want more just to drink. Great Product!

I weigh 230 pounds and wanted to loose some weight. A friend of mine told me about Simplifast lemonade diet drinks, so I checked it out and bought a case. Got a 1/2 a case of Strawberry and 1/2 of case lemon, strawberry was my favorite. I ate a little Fruit and drank Simplifast® all day, then had a sensible dinner in the evening and in 3 days lost 6 pounds, I would of probably lost more, if I would of had just a salad for dinner, maybe the next time, I'm very happy with the results. I found out, my energy levels sky rocketed, and I'm sleeping so much better at night, since I've been on Simplifast®. Love the Stuff! I lost 9 pounds and wasn’t ever hungry. I didn’t really have any headaches or issues while fasting with Simplifast®. Had lots of energy after I got through the first day and the lemon flavor was delicious, and could drink this stuff like water. Great Product!

- I had a headache the first day, but I get bad headaches anyway. I had to eat a cracker a few times when I took some medication, to help with the headaches, but overall I felt good, and felt more energetic. I lost about 8 pounds and really loved the taste of Simplifast® lemon. I can’t wait to do it again. Good Product that works.
