I love this product!
I bought this lemon cleanse at Central Market, Southlake, TX. I have been doing the lemon detox diet now for 4 days. First 3 days I was eating like banana and kiwi a day in addition to 4 bottles of Simplifast. It's amazing how good it tasted. I'm planning to keep on going with drinking Simplifast and eating banana in the morning and then have a little salad for lunch and then lean turkey, chicken or tuna in water for the dinner.

I have NEVER tried detoxing or fasting of any kind So when I saw all ingredients this drink has I was really happy to realize that it would be actually safe to try fasting :o)
