I couldn't believe how great I felt this morning. I suffer from sleep apnea and almost have to drink a pot of coffee to stay up during the day. I woke up feeling refreshed and was 15 minutes early for work instead of my normal 5 minutes early. That is a big deal for me! It is usually a struggle for me to get going in the mornings. I feel great and have more energy than usual. All of the lemon cleanse flavors are delicious and I am so glad that they do not contain artificial sweeteners because I am not able to consume them because they make me very dizzy and nauseous. I bought this lemon cleanse at Central Market, Southlake, TX. I have been doing the lemon detox diet now for 4 days. First 3 days I was eating like banana and kiwi a day in addition to 4 bottles of Simplifast. It's amazing how good it tasted. I'm planning to keep on going with drinking Simplifast and eating banana in the morning and then have a little salad for lunch and then lean turkey, chicken or tuna in water for the dinner. Thank you so much for this product! It has totally changed my way of eating!!! After my first 3 day diet detox fast (which turned into a 7 day, I felt SO good on day 3 I didn't want it to end) I drink this lemonade diet beverage on a daily basis. Testimonial 4Really can’t believe I went 3 days without eating! Everything went pretty good too! Wasn’t even as tires as I usually am most afternoons. I was more anxious to eat for the fact of eating, than actually being hungry, and didn’t feel the need to pig out at midweek, and instead had a salad as suggested.
